“Thomas Hübl’s exploration of collective trauma strikes at a core issue confronting our modern civilization.”
— Gabor Maté, Author, The Myth of Normal and In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts: Close Encounters With Addiction
A 6-session LIVE online training to manage anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation during times of accelerated change and disruption
Dear Friends,
You’re invited to join our all-new training, Navigating the Levels of Trauma Healing. We’ll explore a new paradigm to move fluidly between different types of trauma healing, both for yourself and for those you work with professionally. We’ll also look at how to create detox mechanisms to consciously work with trauma for both personal and collective development.
We’re living in a world that is increasingly more complex and more interconnected as we navigate a global polycrisis where destabilizing issues such as war, violence, economic instability, and climate change are happening simultaneously. We lack frameworks to guide us and places to receive authentic wisdom. Many feel stressed, overwhelmed, and isolated because the global problems we face often seem unsolvable.
The reality is we are all a part of the collective nervous system of humanity and we all contribute to its health. Given all of this, it is imperative we develop new tools and approaches to better manage and integrate what is occurring collectively.
In Navigating the Levels of Trauma Healing we will look at best-of-class practices from the therapy field, experimental field-building exercises, and process work. We’ll also learn interdisciplinary approaches from leading experts to address some of the biggest collective issues happening in our world today.
This is an all-new curriculum where we will learn and engage in ecosystemic practices together to collectively explore our resilience, agency, and capacity to stay present and find deeper meaning.
We can either choose to ignore what is happening collectively or we can see it as a global invitation to turn a single crisis or polycrisis into wisdom.
To do this we must emerge from isolation and work together to benefit the whole of humanity - not just one part.
We must own our individual piece of healing and know that it matters for the collective evolution of humanity at this critical time in history.
We look forward to sharing this exploration and emerging body of work with you in our all-new course: Navigating the Levels of Trauma Healing.
In appreciation,
Founder, The Academy of Inner Science
P.S. We offer a new course every spring and it only happens once in a live, interactive format. Our previous courses have brought together people who feel called to be of service to the world, including therapists, coaches, consultants, organizational leaders, educators, medical professionals, and alternative healing practitioners.
This is all new material resulted from an emerging need to benefit both individuals and the greater collective.

Building Greater Individual, Community, and Collective Resilience for Our Future
What if understanding collective trauma could help us grow and expand our collective consciousness?
There is untapped wisdom within this misunderstood layer of trauma healing. Accessing that wisdom may be essential for our evolution as a species.
It is also essential to recognize that most trauma healing in the past has been primarily individualistic in nature. Only in recent therapeutic applications has ancestral and collective trauma been added to the picture. With that shift comes a potential opportunity for group and collective healing.
How we can move fluidly between individual, ancestral, and collective trauma layers for deeper individual and collective healing
By understanding the trauma inherent in any crisis, we can access healing that spreads from the individual to the collective and reaches into the past - creating new possibilities for the future.
Seeing the doorways that lead to disengagement and detachment
Why an overly individualistic view of therapy and trauma has prevented us from addressing the larger context and collective factors at play
How to address the polarization and fragmentation that result from major crises
Ways to stay connected and engaged during crises without overwhelm
How we can move from isolation to digestion and integration
What each of us contributes to the greater collective field of consciousness
Neuroscience has shown that we have a co-regulated nervous system, wherein the state of our own nervous system influences and is greatly influenced by those around us. Typically, this is in reference to our family and close relationships - we are literally the sum of those around us.
What is less well known is how each of our nervous systems contributes to the collective nervous system of our community, country, and on the grand scale, all of humanity.
The health of the collective nervous system is dependent on all of our individual nervous systems.
We all have a personal responsibility for our own nervous systems. When we expand that to see the bigger picture, we can contribute to the healing of larger systems.
This one simple idea can open new frontiers for global group practices and processes that can affect entire populations and countries. This will be one of our more interesting explorations in the upcoming course, and we’ll engage with it in several group coherence practices.
During each of our sessions in the course we will introduce at least one process or practice that can be used for yourself or for those that you work with.

Join Thomas Hübl and his community for an immersive look at Navigating the Levels of Trauma Healing. During these 6 LIVE sessions, we will create a powerful container to see how you can move fluidly between individual, ancestral, and collective trauma dimensions as a group.
Each 2-hour live video session will include teachings, practices, and time for an interactive Q&A between Thomas and the participants. All sessions are recorded so you’ll be able to review them if you’re not able to attend them live.
During several of our sessions, there is a unique opportunity to be part of a community that is coming together to do this pioneering collective fieldwork and to witness live working sessions. We will invite volunteers to do live process work, giving you a direct experience of seeing and feeling how individual, ancestral, and collective trauma healing can happen, and how to actively move between the different layers.
You will receive a personal login to an easy-to-use website for access to all of the course materials. You will be able to watch and download the video and audio recordings, guided meditation audios, and transcripts for each course session. Supplemental materials will also be posted that can help you to integrate the teachings and practices.
You will receive access to an exclusive online community discussion group (not Facebook). This is the place to connect with other participants, share your experiences and reflections, and be inspired by the insights of others. This group will be the community’s “home base” throughout the course, where you can meet like-minded people in your own local area and from around the world.
Here is the Schedule of Live Online Sessions

All live trainings will be recorded and posted to the private course portal with download access to video recordings, audio, transcripts, bonuses, and additional resource material—so you have access to all the resources in a variety of learning formats that you can revisit at any time.
